This special event has been organized by Bernard Jacotin, Mayor of Saints, Jean-Claude Fuzier, Mayor of Touquin and Madame Marie-Agnes Munier, Mayor of Mauperthuis and their City Councils, Claude and Claudine Barriere Thibault of Saints, noted World War I American aviation artist Mike O'Neal of North Brunswick, New Jersey and historian Narayan Sengupta of Smyrna, Georgia.
